Location for: Opening and closing plenaries on July 30 and 31.
Team DLF is pleased to offer small room blocks at a handful of hotels near the Michigan State University campus from Sunday, July 28 through Thursday, August 1. We encourage participants to book early as blocks will likely fill up quickly.
Note that the numbers below indicate the total rooms available and may already be sold out. Last day to book rooms at any location is July 1.
If you need a feather- or fragrance-free room, or any other accessibility accommodations, please communicate those directly to the hotel when booking.
To book, please email Geoff Parkerson at parke219@msu.edu with name, dates of stay, and gender.
Note: MSU can accommodate all genders. Owen Hall has suite-style rooms and two rooms share a bathroom; same genders are placed in connecting rooms. If you have concerns or questions, email forum@diglib.org.
Navigating conferences can be a complex task. Drawing insights from feedback provided by previous participants and with the collaborative efforts of groups such as our Community Committee and Committee on Equity and Inclusion working group, we have developed resources to help orient folks as much as possible.
