In-Person Registration Rates

Registration rates are for the in-person event at Michigan State University July 29-31. Stay tuned for information about our virtual event happening October 22-23!

Registration for the in-person event closes on Monday, July 15, 2024 or when sold out / capacity is reached. The deadline to request accessibility accommodations is Monday, June 24, to provide time for CLIR to contract with local vendors. Rates are listed in USD. 

Reminder that DLF member organizations receive one free registration code to the DLF Forum.

Codes are emailed to the main contact of the organization. Not sure who receives your organization’s code? Please feel free to contact us at forum@diglib.org.

Registration Rates by Ticket Type

Registration includes: 

  • Two lunches and four coffee breaks. 
  • One ticket to the conference reception, which includes one alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage.

DLF Member Organization Representative

One complimentary registration is a benefit of being an organizational member of the DLF. A list of current DLF member organizations can be found here. Not sure who at your organization receives the code? Please feel free to reach out to us at forum@diglib.org.

Member Benefit codes must be used by April 25, 2024.

Presenters

This registration rate is for folks presenting in-person at the conference, regardless of DLF membership status. Notifications of accepted proposals go out in early April.

Presenters are guaranteed a registration spot but must register by April 25, 2024.

This registration rate is for folks who currently work at a DLF member organization.

Workers from Non-Member Organizations

This registration rate is for folks from organizations that are not DLF members.

HBCU Library Alliance Members

Special rate for current workers at HBCU Library Alliance member organizations. Please email forum@diglib.org before registering to obtain the discount code.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Refunds for registration are available until Monday, July 1, 2024. Refunds requested after this date will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A $30 processing fee for cancellation will be charged for all refunds. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing. Please email your request to forum@diglib.org. If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact your hotel directly.

Registration Cancellation Due to Illness

Registration cancellation due to illness 48 hours prior to the event will be fully refunded, however, documentation may be requested in order to receive a refund. If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the hotel directly.
